RETURN POLICY
You can choose from the following options:
1. Exchange your items: Give us a call and let one of our consultants help you to choose a replacement item for your purchase. We always have someone on staff that can assist you with your purchase. Once the returned item is in our hands we will exchange the item and ship with no shipping charges.
2. Return the item purchased with the tags in place and a refund will be applied to your original form of payment. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. If the item has been worn, washed or damaged no refund will be applied. Give us a call or email and let us know the item is being returned.
3. Return item for store credit. Give us a call or email and let us know you would like store credit for your returned item.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
Please ship all returns to the address listed below.
We strongly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and signature confirmation.
Returned items are the responsibility of the sender until they are received by us. We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. Make sure items are securely packaged to prevent damage.

EXCEPTIONS AND CONDITIONS
1. Items must be returned within 30 days or no full refund will be applied. Items returned after the 30 day return period will be refunded with a $10.00 restocking fee applied for each 30 day period that it is late.
2. We will not accept items for return that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not refund shipping charges if any were paid by customer.
4. Racquets that have been custom strung or altered in any way cannot be returned.
